TOPSY
TOPSY is a free standing bin with large capacity metal liner.
It is made in three pieces.
A base that can be fixed on the ground or accepting a heavy ballast.
A large metal, steel galvanised liner of 95l.
An outer shell in self-coloured special plastic material (Durapol) in optional colours of green, blue and yellow. Other colours available as optional.
The outer is locking on the base and it is unlocked with a special key.
